About The Author:  Stephen Del Percio, the publisher of www.greenbuildingsnyc.com, is a Manhattan-based construction and real estate attorney whose practice focuses exclusively on representing members of the design, construction, and real estate industries in transactional and, when necessary, litigation matters. He frequently advises owners, contractors, and design professionals on the emerging legal issues associated with green building. He also has experience in reviewing and commenting on proposed state- and local-level green building legislation.
